Returns

In order to provide our products at the best possible prices, we do not offer a free returns policy.

Please note that once our products have been removed from their packaging they are both difficult and expensive for you to return.

Please make sure that you have selected the correct size for your bed and the correct delivery address prior to confirming your order and that you are happy with the product you have chosen. You will be responsible for the return costs if you change your mind or order the incorrect size.

A full refund will be issued within 48 hours of the return being received back at our warehouse.
