Shipping policy

Please note that our mattresses arrive rolled up in a box.

Wilson Beds Limited currently uses Parcel Force or DPD to ship our products.

All of our products are made to order and usually leave our West Yorkshire factory within 2 working days of your order.

Parcel Force aim to deliver products within 2 working days. It is not, however a guaranteed delivery service. Remote areas will also take longer. A tracking number will be provided when your shipping label is generated.
